National Upland Classic Series
Youth Division

The National Upland Classic Series and the National Kennel Club

Would like to announce there will be a Youth Division for the Upland Classic Series that will start Feb 1st 2008.

There will be no age limit on the dog but it can not have run in the open or doubles division in NUCS or any other organization, it is alright if it has run in the Amateur Division.

The age limit on the Youth is 15 years of age on Feb. 1st, they can turn 16 during the year and still compete in the youth until Feb. 1st of the next year. They must have a Hunter Education Card to Compete.

They will run in the same fields as the regular Amateurs do and under the same Format and Rules, but will be competing against the other youth only.  This will carry thru to the National Finals they will compete with the Amateur dogs but will only be against youth and we will present Scholarships for the winner at the Nationals.

They must compete in at least 4 events to qualify for the Nationals.

Only the Youth can run this dog a parent can not take the dog to a trial and run for the youth to qualify it for the Nationals this is all on the Youth to qualify.

Good Luck and we hope to see you at the Trials
